Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn sweat-jeans in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
